MOTIONALISMâ„¢
— Research

Observation is where every discovery begins.

Research at Motionalismâ„¢ is a continuous exploration of the relationships between motion, perception, emotion, and feeling. It grows through observation, artistic practice, and thoughtful inquiry, seeking not only to understand how we see the world, but how the world gradually reveals itself through the act of seeing.

Among its principal initiatives is Motiology™—the evolving body of knowledge emerging from the lifelong artistic practice of Rafael Salazar. Rather than offering fixed conclusions, it invites an ongoing exploration of how motion becomes perception, perception becomes emotion, and emotion becomes feeling.
